RAKU FIRED CERAMIC VASE NO 108

Individual parts of a white-blue bottle that thinks it’s a vase are hand-cut from a single slab of clay. After polishing with a semi-precious stone, it was dried for 10 days and then went through its first firing in a special ceramic kiln at about 1000ºC. It was cooled for 24 hours and before the final firing, special combination of glazes were applied with a brush. The result is a unique work of art that brings a touch of originality to any room.
