Group Workshop Clay and wine — February 8, 2026. at 11 AM.

On February 8, 2026, our studio will host Dutch ceramic artist Alexandra Breeze. In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, we’ll be making a wall decoration in the shape of a traditional Dutch house.

Alexandra is known for her work in which she explores stories, places, and memories that make a house a home through clay. Her passion and attention to detail will be something we can experience firsthand in the intimate setting of our workshop. It will be a chance to peek into her way of working and, under her guidance, create your own personal piece of ceramic art.

As always, in the “Clay and Wine” group ceramic workshops, the focus is on socializing, laughter, and shared creativity. A glass of wine in hand, clay under your fingers, and gentle shaping turn the evening into a small escape from everyday life. There’s no pressure and no rush – all you need to bring is a good mood and a willingness to enjoy the process.

This workshop is also specially designed as a gift idea. If you’re looking for something different for the holidays – something that isn’t just an object, but an experience to remember – give a loved one a creative evening at our studio. It’s a gift that brings the joy of making, a relaxed atmosphere, and a memory that lasts far beyond the moment of giving.

Workshop Details:

  • The number of participants is limited, as we want everyone to receive individual attention and support.

  • The price is €80, which includes everything – materials, tools, wine, and of course guidance from Alexandra and Laura.

CERAMIC WORKSHOP DUTCH HOUSES TILE MAKING

Just one exceptional guest group ceramic workshop held in English with the expert guidance of the Dutch ceramicist (of British descent) Alexandra Breeze.

Creating and decorating clay tiles in the shape of outlines of traditional Dutch houses, or according to wishes tiles can have shapes of your own house or shape os famous Croatian buildings, such as Zagreb and Dubrovnik Cathedral, St. Mark’s Church, etc. 

Use of unusual and familiar tools in new ways. New creative, grounding experience. 

Previous experience working with clay is not necessary. The workshop is intended for all levels. It’s aim is to provide creative, relaxing atmosphere for socializing,  making new friends and  nurturing already existing friendships in a safe environment, without pressure, without comparison, without competition. 

Workshop details:

  • 08.02.2026. at 11a.m. (until 1.30 p.m.)
  • Location: Art studio Laura Rainbow, Brezovička cesta 57, Brezovica, Novi Zagreb, Croatia
  • Spaces are limited 
  • The price of this one-time group workshop includes clay, all necessary materials, use of tools, equipment, glazing service and two firings in special kilns for ceramics, mentoring and expert guidance of two people is 80 €. 
  • Complimentary coffee,  tea, homemade liqueurs, glass of wine, savoury and sweet bites and a surprise from Holland. 
  • Free parking. 
  • Handover of finished works is arranged subsequently.
