Mystic Meg was hand built in traditional terracotta under in the moonlight of the summer’s open skies of Croatian coast. When the red of the terracotta clay was revealed she was glazed in steel anthracite grey
The hand glazing process gives an unrepeatable finishing touch to every sculpture, making each Bird entirely unique and one of a kind. There is a life happiness in every Bird, born out of synergy of human touch, clay, water, air and heat. Holding a Bird of Happiness in our hand we feel one with the nature.
