Hand shaped in soft chamotte clay and slowly dried in the hot summer sunshine before being fired multiple times in a special ceramic kiln at the temperature of around thousand degrees centigrades.
Careful hand glazing process and ancient raku firing bring a final surprise to each Bird of Happiness making every single one unique with their own story. There is a life happiness in each bird sculpture, born out of synergy of all four elements, fire, water, earth and air. Holding a bird in our hand we feel one with the nature.
