Hand made from slabs of grogged clay which are individually cut and formed together. The apstract impression of Milky Way was added to hand burnished surface. After 10 days of drying this bottle-vase was fired for the 1st time in special ceramic kiln at about 1000ºC. After the cooling process of 24 hours special ceramic glazes were carefully brushed on to bring out the vase’s unique textures and reflective properties in raku finishing process.
The result is unique, one-of-a-kind artwork that brings natural curves, unique textures, original colours and special character to any room.

  • Raku fired pieces retain scent of smoke for several weeks due to specific firing processes.
  • Raku fired items are porous and no liquid should be poured or kept in the bottles who think they are vases as it may seep through and leave permanent stains on your furniture.
