Hand made from slabs of grogged clay which are individually cut and formed together.
Adriatic Sea shell impressions have been added to the semi-precious stone polished smooth surface. This was followed by 10 days of drying and the first firing in a ceramic kiln at about 1000ºC. The Purple and granite vase was cooled for 24 hours, and before the final firing, special combination of raku glazes were applied with a brush, which emphasises vase’s rich texture and gives a unique combination of shades of silver, grey, purple and blue. The result is a unique work of art that brings a touch of originality to any space.

  • Raku fired pieces retain scent of smoke for several weeks due to specific firing processes.
  • Raku fired items are porous and no liquid should be poured or kept in the bottles who think they are vases as it may seep through and leave permanent stains on your furniture.
