Laura was listening to arias from popular operas whilst creating this Bird of Happiness.  There is a story behind creation of every Bird of Happiness reflected in her name and this is why Aria got hers. Aria is shaped in traditional terracotta clay, hand glazed in sky blue, indigo blue and earth brown.

The hand glazing process gives an unrepeatable finishing touch to every sculpture, making each Bird entirely unique and one of a kind.  There is a life happiness in every Bird of Happiness, born out of synergy of human touch, clay, water, air and heat. Holding a Bird of Happiness in our hand we feel one with the nature.
